Join us for for a unique event dedicated to sharing Holistic Health practices specializing in Mind, Body, Mental, Spiritual, and Physical services with our local community.

The Healthy Living Expo will be a unique event to share local Holistic Health practices specializing in Mind, Body, Mental, Spiritual, and Physical services with our community and provide our community with the ability to connect with various wellness practitioners. It also is an excellent opportunity for our community to learn about a variety of local wellness products and buy items from local wellness-focused vendors. It will be both fun and educational for guests.
Spots at the expo are open to any practitioner or vendor focusing on holistic health. We will have a wide variety of local wellness practitioners in individual booths, giving the community a unique chance to connect with them and get to know what they offer. There will also be healthy food vendors selling healthy food or healthy living products. In addition to this, we will have:
A variety of wellness talks will be given during the event (at an inside comfortable location adjacent to the parking lot where the event is being held)
A blood mobile will be on site for blood donations.
B Complex Shots will be given in exchange for a donation.
We will have a raffle table to raise money for the two charities; Michelle's Place, and Mission Hope.
A DJ will be present to provide music and a fun atmosphere, as well as to announce a variety of things throughout the event.

The following options are how you can participate in the Healthy Living Expo:
Application and payment received before or by 12/1/2024: $55 for a spot
After 12/1/2024: $75 for a spot
**(No applications will be accepted after January 31, 2025).
Limited space is available, and we will limit the number of the same type of wellness practitioners and vendors on a first come basis.
Please fill out the Vendor Registration and pay the fee to be considered for a spot. If we do not have space for you after you submit your form and payment, your payment will be refunded.
**Please note refunds will not be issued for withdrawing from the expo after your application has been accepted and approved to attend the event.
Many businesses like to be sponsors since any fees we collect that exceed our expenses will be split between the two local charities 50/50. Volunteers are putting on this expo. All payments collected will go towards expenses or charities. If you are a vendor, you may upgrade to a sponsor, or if you are a business that simply wishes to support holistic health and two local charities, you may choose to sponsor.
Sponsor levels:
• Platinum Level - $1,000
• Gold Level - $500
• Premium Level - $250
Sponsors who are also expo participants will be able to pick their location (within reason), and the Gold and Platinum sponsors can have a pop-up canopy, tables, and chairs provided for them if needed. You will be listed in our advertisements if we receive your sponsorship in time.
After expenses for this event are covered, the balance of 100 % of the money collected (vendor fees, sponsorships, raffle items, B shots, etc.) will be split between the two (2) local charities.
The number of spaces is limited, so don't wait for the last minute. Last year's conference was booked to capacity.

If you cannot be a vendor or a sponsor, we hope you will attend our event and spread the word about it.
We will also be accepting donations to raffle off for the benefit of our two (2) charities. We appreciate actual items, but ALL donations will benefit the two (2) local charities that give back to our community. You may also donate to either or both of the two (2) charities.
